  6. This program is intended to replace the highly buggy
  7. Mailinglist Master program I uploaded earlier this year.
  8. It has been rewritten in another language and has been
  9. tested fairly well on my system.  If you want to see
  10. its features without actually downloading it, you can
  11. send mail to:

  19. This will put you on the mailing list for this program.
  20. It offeres many of the UNIX commands in one form or
  21. another, but does not do file transfers at this time.
  22. Nor does it do banning yet. It does, however, perform
  23. as a host for maintaining a listserv.
